Important Notice Regarding Post Cards

The Chapter 21 Executive Board has determined that it will not be possible for the chapter to run a balanced budget and still be able to send out meeting invitation postcards each month. There are also manpower issues making it difficult to get the postcards out on time. For these reasons we will discontinue postcard mailings to members who currently are receiving the broadcast email invitation. We will save about $1000 and theoretically be able to run a balanced budget if we make this change. We have about 65 members with no email address on file; so if that’s you, please notify our webmaster of your email address if possible to save the chapter the cost of first class postage starting in September. Thank you sincerely for your cooperation!
